Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
